We are looking for an Investee Partnership Lead to join our Investments team in Helsinki. The team is responsible for Supercell’s venture investments in external game studios. We are investors in 15 amazing game studios located in Europe, the US, Australia and New Zealand. We believe that the community that we have built around our investee companies is one of the best in the industry and a significant asset to both the investee companies and Supercell.
As the Investee Partnership Lead you will be responsible for levelling up our investee community activities. You will formulate the long-term vision and strategy for our investee community and drive day-to-day execution to turn the vision into reality.
Responsibilities
Develop the long-term vision and strategy for our investee company community and take ownership of the day-to-day execution of the strategy. You will directly manage our Investee Ops Professional and build out the team as needed in the future
Manage and engage our community of investee company founders and employees. Create opportunities for relationship building and knowledge sharing between members of the community
Identify emerging needs for support from our investee companies and develop plans to address them
Lead the planning and execution of online and offline events for our community, including workshops, founder events and the annual investee company summit
Craft and execute the onboarding process for new investee companies and their founders
Facilitate the sharing of learnings and information amongst the investee companies and Supercell
Develop our content strategy and create relevant and impactful content for our investee community and for external use cases
Act as an ambassador for Supercell, build relationships with other games companies, investors and other games industry stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of experience from a relevant role (e.g. a platform/community role at a VC firm or a similar role in an external-facing team)
Experience from managing a team in a startup or growth company environment
Strong ownership, project management and prioritization skills and a proven track record of rigorous execution
Self-starter, ability to work autonomously at pace
A strong team player
A passion for games, start-ups and supporting businesses as they grow. You thrive when you help others succeed!
Fluent verbal and written English skills
Located in or willing to relocate to Helsinki
